In March 2020 our team quickly picked up their laptops and associated kit and we all worked from home. It worked fine. However, there was one vital missing component. The ability for our team members to speak with their clients on a one-to-one basis over the phone easily.
We considered various different options and discussed these with Stuart. We decided the easiest and best for us was for each team member to have their own dedicated business mobile phone.
Stuart was able to quickly get these sorted & set up for us. Not only can all our team members speak with their individual clients much easier, but the added bonus was that each have WhatsApp on their phones, which means clients can send photos and videos. Getting vital information for their social media to us much easier.
They’re also able to add each of their client’s social media, Twitter, Instagram etc. onto the mobile rather than having to share devices in the office and log in & out of things all the time. Much better!
