We took the decision to move our mobile phone contracts over the Your Business Mobile when our contracts came up for renewal. We were concerned about moving over as our business is solely reliant on our mobile phones to communicate with our clients 7 days a week.
The switch was smooth, and our new phones were delivered to us personally and the porting of the number from our existing provider to our new one was painless with no disruption to business.
